Tennessee is looking to add a prospect to its 2026 football recruiting class.

Five-star edge prospect Rodney Dunham has set his commitment date for April 10. He will choose between the Vols, Duke, Notre Dame, Georgia and South Carolina.

Dunham is from Myers Park High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 2 edge prospect in the 2026 class and the No. 2 player in North Carolina.

The 6-foot-4, 227-pound prospect also plays baseball.

Tennessee first offered Dunham a scholarship on May 9, 2024. He unofficially visited Tennessee for the Vols' victory over Alabama on Oct. 19, 2024. Dunham has an official visit scheduled at Tennessee for June 20.

The Vols have eight commitments for 2026: Quarterback Faizon Brandon, wide receiver Tyreek King, tight end Carson Sneed, offensive lineman Gabriel Osenda, wide receiver Tyran Evans, defensive lineman Tyson Bacon, linebacker Braylon Outlaw and defensive lineman CJ Edwards.
