USC women's basketball fans were angry after JuJu Watkins suffered a season-ending knee injury in a second-round win over Mississippi State.

Watkins went down in a heap after Chandler Prater fouled her on a drive to the basket. Trojans fans booed the Bulldogs for the rest of USC's win, and the teams had to be separated at game's end.

Mississippi State has received a lot of vitriol since the game, with accusations of Bulldogs players intentionally trying to injure Watkins, or at least calling the foul a dirty play.

Indiana Fever player Aliyah Boston believes it's time for some grace. Here's what she posted on social media Wednesday morning:

"I’m usually quiet on Twitter but please don’t start this narrative. What happened to Juju is awful and injuries suck but you don’t know how the opposing player is feeling right now and a comment like this only makes her feel worse than she possibly does. So please stop"
