The Green Bay Packers are enjoying an off day Sunday after three straight practices to start training camp, including a padded practice on Saturday. Here are five quick observations from the Packers’ first three camp practices: The biggest surprise from early on at camp – and by far the biggest development – is the expectation from both coach Mike McCarthy and Bryan Bulaga that the Packers starting right tackle will be ready to go for Week 1. It’s even possible Bulaga will be ready to come off the PUP list and practice within the next few weeks. The Packers are being cautious with Bulaga, and rightfully so, but he’s convinced he’s ready to get back out there. His work off to the side each day
