We switched 5th rounders. We still have a 5th rounder just at the end of it.

I sure don't like drafting a QB in the first round. Hope DG and the Cards are smarter than that.

Shawne Merriman has moved rapidly up the boards to where he is the "flavor of the week" for the #11 (Dallas) pick in several mocks.

But Merriman at the #3-hole appears to be somewhat of a reach.

It's based on the belief that they will be drafting for a 3-4 and he'll be the perfect 3-4 OLB. It wouldn't stun me at all if they really liked him, but I would agree they probably don't want to pick him at 3, more like move down and pick him.

For the most part, I say that draft is unlikely for us...I would take Arrington, he will not, WILL NOT be available later than mid-2nd round at worst.
