Give me your seven names you would be happy with the Cardinals selecting at #7 come April.

1-Chance Warmack
2-Barkevious Mingo
3-Jarvis Jones
4-Damontre Moore
5-Luke Joeckel
6-Jonathan Cooper
7-Star Lotulelei

I have to see more of Geno Smith before I could put him on this list. Maybe Ansah.

I would be happy with any of them as well---

I would add Geno Smith, Mike Glennon and Ziggy Ansah.

7 names only Mitch. I am curious about your answer to this.

1---Geno Smith
2---Mike Glennon
3---Ziggy Ansuh
4---Jarvis Jones
5---Barkevious Mingo
6---Luke Joeckel
7---Chance Warmack

Because the more I think of it and the more I study the odds---the priority is:

1. QB
2. Edge dynamo with speed and suddenness
3. OL

I spent over an hour yesterday watching tape of Mike Glennon for the third time---and what I saw was an impressive calmness in the pocket, a la Joe Flacco, and a great, great arm with good accuracy---I saw the NC St. WRs and RBs dropping passes thrown right on the money. I saw excellent deep passes up the sidelines and over the top up the middle.

What I realized is---Glennon has a better arm than Matt Ryan---

Glennon played for the same HC (Tom O'Brien) and OC (Dana Bible)---

Despite the drops and not as talented a supporting cast, Glennon's stats are better than Ryan's.

It also impresses me that O'Brien and Bible elected to go with Glennon and thus allow Russell Wilson to leave and go to Wisconsin.

At the time I thought they were crazy because I really liked Russell Wilson---but now that I looked at the two years of tape, I can see why. Glennon has a superior arm to Russell Wilson's and the classic pocket height to see the entire field.

Jones has some is a slight risk due to past injuries. I might have to pass on him just because of that. I swore I would never take anyone with a first pick who has any previous question about their stability or drug issue.

I think I would go Ogletree for our ILB need. He would fit great in our D.

Geno Smith at #7??!! We'd be better off trading the pick for a case of Geno's Pizza Rolls.

I hope this Jarvis Jones Medical issue stuff continues so he falls into the 2nd round just like Rob Gronkoswki did for the same medical issue. Many teams took him off their boards as well.

1. Damontre Moore* DE Texas A&M 96
2. Luke Joeckel* OT Texas A&M 96
3. Alec Ogletree* ILB Georgia 94
4. Ezekiel Ansah* DE BYU 92
5. Eric Fisher OT C. Michigan 92
6. Chance Warmack G Alabama 96
7. Kenny Vaccaro S Texas 94

Here is my 7, yet I can see us "reaching" for Geno Smith based on our need, and the recent success of RW, CK, AD, and the rest of the young good QBs drafted over the last 2 yrs. We do need to get ours if we are ever going to compete for anything in the future.

Like Warren Sapp or Randy Moss? You cannot be this short-sighted in the NFL IMO.

This is why we have extensive interview processes with Family, Friends, Coaches, contacts throughout law enforcement, nightclub managers, and college administrators.

If there are flags that come up you exhaust yourself during the investigation and interview process.

Jones's medical issues remind me of the guys born without ligaments. Have they been playing with it for their entire lives? Look at the field of play.... Consult with the doctors. Do not let the "what might happen" overrule the "what you have actually seen". Doctors will always say "maybe" or "maybe not," or even worse...... "I can't tell you's."

One guy I love is Werner. We need a tackle more desperately but would love to have a pass rusher like Werner. I think the key to the Cardinals getting a great pick at number 7 is if the CB Milliner goes ahead of us, thus pushing another player down.

Geno Smith wouldn't be a reach at 7 for those saying this... he would have to fall to us if anything.

And the injury concerns on Jarvis Jones? I remember injury concerns on someone else who we passed up on partly because of "injury concerns" We picked Levi Brown instead :/
