According to ESPN, the worldwide leader in highlights, the following QB is an UFA's this year (Hold on to your hats this is good):
Charlie Batch!

Remember that one game where the Lions lost?
Or better yet that stunning one half display when he was with the Steelers?
Me neither.
But still, everyone is throwing names out there so this one's mine.
I like his strong arm and his haircut.
It's nifty.

Bring him into camp and let him compete with our other FA tryouts like Jeff Blake (heeee's baaack), Rick Mirer, Tony Banks and Warren Moon (which even old, would actually be sort of cool.)
