Make it his game not to lose. Gain confidence. Oh, and by the way Mr. Rowen, you have a 6'8" TE... throw him the freakin' ball in the red zone.

This is a must win DG & MB, you are losing your courtship battle with the fans. You have a nice banquet hall, the fancy new clothes are on all the participants, and the Pastor is ready to get the show on the road.
