I just saw a commercial for this. Looks pretty funny.

High school senior Bartleby "B" Gaines is on his way to scoring eight out of eight rejection letters from colleges, which isn't going to go over big with Mom and Dad. At least he's not alone in the exclusion. Several of his crew of outcast friends are in the same, college-less boat. So how does a guy facing a bleak career please his parents and get noticed by dream girl Monica? Simple. Open his own university. B and his band of misfit freshmen take "liberal" arts literally when they fool their parents and peers and create the esteemed South Harmon Institute of Technology. Just as they are settling in, B and company realize they've done their jobs too well. Dozens of other college rejects show up for classes at this less-than-lofty institute. Under the scornful eyes of the privileged students from the neighboring college, B and his friends forge ahead with maintaining a fake, functioning university. With his future in the balance, it's going to take more than just sleight of hand to keep B out of jail as he strives to get the girl, impress his parents and just become "Accepted."

This was a very funny movie. The fat kid was the greatest part of this movie, his one liners were great.

I just watched it. I thought it was pretty good. It wasn’t nearly as over-the-top as I was expecting. I thought Uncle Ben was the funniest character.

I thought this trivia item was pretty funny (this f-bomb rule has always seemed really silly to me):

Lewis Black's character says the word "f***" twice, but one was literally bleeped out in order to make the movie PG-13.

Watched this Saturday night. I agree it was funnier than I expected I was expecting really stupid. Not animal house funny of course but I laughed.

Too formulaic to be a classic of course, but still pretty funny.

I laughed once the entire movie. Noy utterly atrocious, as there were some pretty good characters, but it was bad enough to say I wasted my money.

I don't know why, but I totally loved this movie :)

Lots of funniness. Might have helped to see the Superbad dude in that movie first.

Also the chick in it who is in Gossip Girl...wow.

Justin Long is great, even if he looks too much like David Schwimmer. I can't think of a role he didn't knock out of the park:

- Ed
- Dodgeball
- Galaxy Quest
- Accepted

Heard he was doing the Greg Behrendt movie. I think Greg is a talented writer, but it's hard for me to imagine that book being ... a watchable movie. I'll still watch it if Long is in it. He stole scenes in Dodgeball and Galaxy Quest.

But it's this movie that has me very curious. George Harrison? Really?

Add Live Free and Die Hard to that list, he was essential in that movie.

Justin Long is great...and Ed is where we found him and totally laughed at everything he did.
