I don't know what the rest of you think. But driving past that site I can see heavy machinery lined up on the east side of the site.
It's kind of hard to tell, but it looks as if they're digging in around the north end of the site, perhaps laying pipes(s) , I can't tell if that's for the Coyotees' arena, or for the preliminary infrastructure for the stadium.
Also, I know for sure that someone was perhaps taking soil samples on the site. There was some white truck on the site with some big rig drilling into the ground, well, that's how it looked from a distance anyway.
