Adam just tweeted this:

Adam_Schefter Arizona lost this game -- and its season -- when it declined to pay Marc Bulger the money that Baltimore did.

Schefter doesn't realize but Bulger sucks also. He would have played 5 games, got hurt, returned & sucked again.

No we lost the season when we cut Matt.

Although Bulger would be better than DA, but then again I would too.

Wrong! The Cards lost this season when they failed to handle/upgrade the o-line correctly.

Until the Cardinals learn that the o-line is the 2nd most important part of a football team (QB is #1) they are doomed to repeat their miserable history over and over and over and over and...

Ummm...Schefter is an onoxious, douchebag blowhard who thinks his "S" doesn't stink ever since he "moved up" from NFLN to ESPN

:yeahthat: I've never seen you throw, but I would bet you could complete at least one five yard out. Upgrade.

I can't possibly be an NFL QB but for the team I would fake an injury and that would be that, instant upgrade.

Bulger is much better than Leinart and DA but a below average QB is not good enough to it in AZ. This team needs help on both sides of the ball.

The Cards lost this season when........

I bet we could come up with a dozen answers before I wake up tomorrow.

OK I'll start.

#1 thinking that Scud could be a starting QB in the NFL even after seeing the horrendous numbers he posted the last two seasons.

#2 Shuffling the offensive line because Leinart is left handed and then leaving it that way after going with the worlds' worst right handed QB instead of Matt.

#3 Not replacing your aging edge rushers with younger guys.

#4 Bringing in Paris Lenon to replace Karlos Dansby and then leaving that slug on the field while our promising rookie languishes on the bench.

#5 Not realizing that Gerald Hayes was too old and no longer has the skills to play ILB in the NFL.

#6 Thinking that the team didn't need Anquan Boldin.

I know that's only a half dozen but I've still got 7 hours to think of six more.

:D

How's that Doucet-can-easily-replace-Boldin thing coming? Talk about lousy reasoning!

Replacing a pro-bowl receiver, HOF quarterback, and a very good 3-down linebacker with a fragile butter-fingered nobody, a wildly inaccurate Cleveland castoff, and an aging Rams castoff may finally earn Rod Graves the pink slip he so richly deserves. I think it was Arizona Finest who said it is 1999 all over again. It sure smells like it. This season was lost when Arizona lost Boldin, Dansby and Rolle in the very same day.
