Chicago Cubs shortstop Addison Russell was booed upon his return to Wrigley Field on Wednesday after serving a 40-game suspension for violating Major League Baseball's domestic violence policy. While that may not be a warm welcome, Russell said he completely understands why he received that reaction from fans. “Basically everyone is entitled to doing whatever they want to do, thinking whatever they want to think, saying whatever they want to say,” Russell said, via the Chicago Tribune. “The reaction to me I feel like I have to respect that.
