even if some of them do get called for penaltys..the fact that recievers know they could get layed out at anytime by him will keep opponents thinking and nervous everytime they go to his side of the field. so there is some positive in them

We can probably expect another explanation for this call while AW will not be fined again. All a WR has to do now after AW hits him is lay out on the field until a ref throws the flag.
