Wish both teams could lose. I usually pull for the team playing either of these teams, but, for today, I am pulling for the Steelers to defeat the Patriots. Have had a strong dislike for the Patriots going back several boards now (primarily from one of their most obnoxious fans). Regardless of which team wins, I am pulling for the Falcons to win it all.

Agreed and the one you speak of is to never be named...He was even a jerk when he called in the local radio stations after every cards game.

I am rooting for the patriots to win the Super Bowl....the steelers have quit playing so NE is going. I want to watch goodell have to hand the trophy to Kraft. I also want Kraft to start working on his speech now. It should say things like.....

It has been a long season but Tom Brady just doesn't seem a worn out as you would expect. Clearly starting out 3-1 helped. It is a bit humbling and maybe even deflating to stand here with you. I wish we could 'suspend' time to live in this moment forever.

I do not want NE to win the SB. I would be much happier to see ALT win it all.

Brady is an amazing QB. Dude just wins. Think about this. He lost Gronk!! And he just dominates teams. Every wr seems wide open. He always finds the right wr. He is the greatest QB to ever play in my opinion. Just imagine if he had the weapons other greats have had. Belichick is amazing. Did anyone else hear who 3/4 of the secondary played for in college. Rutgers!!!! Seriously. A team that is a mediocre college team at best and he takes them and makes them great. Hogan played lacrosse!!!!! And just had 180 yards. You may hate the Patriots but they dominate the most decorated sport and it's not even close. No sports team is as consistent and wins like they do. And with anyone. They trade their best defense player to us and just rank number 1 in defense. They have no elite players other than Brady and dominate. No team could make their wrs great

Unbelievably poor coaching by the Steelers. No wonder Tom Brady has 19 TD and 0 ints versus them the last few times he's played them, when they continue to play zone coverage. Chris Hogan was wide open all night. Wide open. He burned the Cardinals too when they tried to play zone, even with Garopollo as QB. The Pats can beat zones blindfolded. No one stretches or overloads a zone better, possibly ever. Even without Gronk.

What a signing Chris Hogan was for them. 3 years @ $12M. Bills didn't make a push to keep him. Just as the Browns cut WR Taylor Gabriel, who is having a fantastic year in ATL. Gabriel torched the Cardinals in ATL.

Only one good, close game the whole playoffs---GB/DAL. Poor football quality.

The Super Bowl should be a good matchup between the 2 best QBs in the NFL this year, Ryan and Brady. Interesting too that Dan Quinn, ATL HC, will now be coaching in his 3rd Super Bowl in 4 years---and that he should be very familiar with how to prepare for the Patriots, as he did as SEA DC two years ago.

What a story line it would be if Boston College QB Matt Ryan finds a way to beat Brady and the Pats.

I think Atlanta has a good chance of beating the Pats and pretty soundly too. That offense is really, really good and the defense is pretty darn good too. Lots of speed on the defensive side of the ball in Atlanta.

I'm just happy the Steelers got beat. Thug City in the Steel City.

The game probably hinges on whether BB can get into Matty Ice's head the way he has in the past with Peyton. The Pats will have a very aggressive and, at times, deceptive plan on defense. Julio Jones will be bracketed the whole game---and one of the Rutgers DBs (Logan Ryan, most likely) will take on old Rutgers' teammate Sanu.

The play that made me almost laugh was the TD to hogan where the announcers were telling us how great Brady is, if you give him time he'll find the open guy every time. Then they showed the replay and we get to see that Pitt completely flubbed the play, 2 guys got confused and covered the same guy and Hogan was completely open from the first step off the LOS and was standing in the endzone waving his hands waiting for the ball until Brady saw him.

Now I think Brady is amazing, he might well be the GOAT, but that was not a play to be talking about his greatness it took him 4 seconds to spot a guy who was wide open the entire play.

You have to factor in QB IQ. You never know if he's dictating coverages by changing the play and reading the D. Ray Lewis said Brady is the best pre-snap QB he's played against even better than Manning who yells out nonsense.

Remember how bad we wanted Keith Butler?

Sure but if he did that, why did he take so long to realize Hogan was uncovered? I'm not saying Brady is overrated at all, just on THAT play, he actually failed to see him for several seconds, that wasn't great vision it was a guy having enough time to finally seeing an uncovered Wr waving his hands. Most NFL QB's make that play, it's all the other ones Brady makes that make him so amazing.
