The agent for Brian Orakpo says the former Washington Redskins outside linebacker has agreed to terms with the Tennessee Titans. Ben Dogra of Relativity Sports said Orakpo has agreed on a four-year deal worth up to $35 million, with a base of $31 million. Dogra said that Orakpo is ''really happy to be a Tennessee Titan.'' ESPN first reported that Orakpo had agreed to terms. Orakpo, a former first-round pick from Texas, spent his first six seasons with the Redskins.
