The agent for Terrell Owens says the star wide receiver had knee surgery nearly three months ago, is not considering retiring and will be ready to play when the NFL season starts. Drew Rosenhaus confirmed Tuesday that Owens tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, and that Dr. James Andrews performed the surgery in early April.
