Does windows come with an alarm in the clock? I'm dying to take a cat nap, but I'm afraid I won't wake up when I need to and I don't have an alarm clock in my office.

Once, while business travelling on the road, I scheduled a Windows "at" command to fire up windows media player and an MP3 at a specific time. Worked like a champ.

You can find more info in the scheduler in control panel. Just create a new event to open an mp3 at a specific time.

If you have Outlook you can schedule a meeting and play selected wav file to go off when the time comes.

I wasn't, actually. But, I took my chances that I'd wake up in time and I had a very un-restful rest because I kept waking up every 5 minutes.
