Albert Pujols’ already impressive MLB career just became a little bit better. The Los Angeles Angels first baseman drilled a home run deep over the left field wall in the second inning against the Chicago White Sox on Wednesday night in Anaheim, jumpstarting the Angels offense in an eventual 11-3 win. Not only was the homer his 17th of the season, but it marked Pujols’ 631st career home run — pushing him past Ken Griffey Jr. into the No. 6 slot on the all-time list.
