CUMBERLAND — Allegany swept Southern in Tuesday's tennis match at Allegany College.
The boys won 4-1 while the girls won via 5-0 sweep.
In boys singles, Allegany's Noah Marker defeated Sean Eiswert 6-1 in both sets.
Jett Loar from the Campers won over Brooks Mead 6-4 and 6-1.
In doubles, Southern's Shane Sisler and Ben Nazelrod defeated Sean Brady and Eoin Mowbray 6-4 in both sets.
Alco's Traeh Grassi and Rishabh Patel beat Max Fahrenschon and Dom Masari 7-5 in both sets.
Colten Gary and Nick Wilt of the Campers swept Noah Ferguson and Andrew Sanjulian 6-0 in both sets.
In girls singles, Delaney Meadors defeated Rylee Iden 6-0 and 6-2.
Maya Hare also won 6-0 and 6-2 over El Hershfeldt.
In doubles, Danica Knight and Chloe DeBlock (A) swept Ava Hunt and Hailey 6-0 in both sets.
Anna Hilderbrand and Andy Preaskorn also won in a sweep over Lena Hernandez and Cadence Natividad.
Hailee Isom and Kristina Kucher defeated Amelia Bolden and Hailey Harsh 4-6, 7-6 and 10-6.
The Camper boys are now 1-1 while the girls improved to 2-0.
Allegany plays at Berkeley Springs on Thursday at 4 p.m.
Southern hosts Allegany on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
