Alex Cobb considered pitching through an injury so he wouldn't have to answer questions about leaving the game. Cobb was removed for precautionary reasons because of right forearm tightness after tossing three perfect innings in Tampa Bay's 5-3 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday. ''We go through pains every day,'' said Cobb, who is expected to be the Rays' opening day starter. ''If I was concerned about it, I wouldn't have thrown at all.'' Logan Forsythe hit a pair of opposite-field solo homers to left, and Mikie Mahtook hit a two-run drive for the Rays.
