An absolute crock that this kid wasnt invited to the combine. How do you not let one of the Div. 1 sack leaders go to the combine?

The guy has a major attitude though, only one good season, didnt play in the bowl game becuase he was academically inelligible. But he is the very first guy I am calling to come and be an UDFA at a high price(for UDFA's that is).

Your comment on the ACC is very interesting to say the least.

I love these guys out of this conference. We should draft minimum one SEC player a year IMO.

The Big East:

TE Gary Barnidge, Louisville
DT Keilen Dykes, WVU
SS Haruki Nakamura, Cincinnati
FS Eric Wicks, WVU
T Pedro Sosa, Rutgers
T Jeremy Zuttah, Rutgers
LB Anthony Hoke, Cincinnati
DT Eric Foster, Rutgers
DE Johnny Dingle, WVU
FS Joe Fields, Syracuse

?

I can comment on a few of these guys.

Both Dykes and Dingle could be drafted late but to me Dingle is far better. He absolutly mauled the OKlahoma line in the Fiesta Bowl and is a constant disruption in the backfield. Set WVU tfl career record.

Eric Wicks - Great ballhawking skills, decent hitter, no speed.

JoeFields - decent hitter, great athlete, was moved to FS from QB 2 years ago (never played it beofre) and shined. Needs better coverage skills but he certainly has the athelticism to make it int he NFL.

Nakumura - intriguing. not big, but always around the ball. Very heady, smart player. I just dont think he has the physicallity to make it long term int he nfl.

You might be on to someone here. He certainly has measurables. He's stricktly coming out as a pass rush specialist, alot like Antonio Smith was. Read 04/08 report.

Well, when he initally came out he was thought of possibly a 6-7th rnd pick or an UDFA. Last I saw he was considered a 4-5th round prospect. I think he will continue to fall some b/c he doesnt project to a LB in the NFL and his 40 yard time was bad. If you use him to do one thing: Rush the passer, he will be outstanding.
