All-no-titles team: Shooting Guard

Who is the best shooting guard never to win an NBA championship? Current players are eligible only if they have reached the stage of their careers where winning a title seems very unlikely.

I'm giving it to Pistol Pete by a nose over the Iceman. I was going to ask why Clyde Drexler wasn't on the list, but then I remember he won one with the Rockets!

I think Reggie is one of the all time over rated guys. Career 18ppg is good, not great. He couldn't create his own shot (he needed series of screens), wasn't a good passer or rebounder particularly, was a minus defender. He's too one dimensional for me to be considered an all time great at a position. For a 6'7'' guy you'd hope he'd rebound and defend better, but he never showed any interest in those facets of the game.
