I'm super down on a lot about our coaching staff, some players, whatever. That won't change, and I'll never become an ostrich who ignores the team's warts. Right now, though, I need to get pumped up for this playoff game. I desperately crave playoff success for our Cards. It's time to buckle up, go 1,000 percent, and punch the Lambs in the throat. Let's lead 'em to the slaughter, Cards!

They can do it. I think it relies on two things.

1. Hudson guards Donald every time he is lined up in the interior of the line, adjust the rest of the protection around it. Hudson missed the last one where Donald dominated. I think he gets his, but we do better this time around. Double him or chip him when he is on the outside.
2. Put Murphy on Cupp, (hope Murphy has a better game) AND double team him. Dare OBJ and Jefferson to beat us.

Is this sarcasm?

Agree on doing whatever needed to contain Donald. We need to pressure Stafford or we will be in trouble. We really can’t cover their receivers.

Move Hudson along the line to block 99?

OBJ is still a great receiver, but I do think cupp warrants some safety help.
I was very clear with what I said. If he is interior, Hudson guards him. If he is exterior, double him. How was I not clear?

I didn't say that Hudson should change positions, if that is what you think I mean.

I would give them something they have never seen from us on defense.
Double A gap blitz on 50% of the snaps..

Give Stafford PTSD. CTE. OCD. And OMFG!

Kupp owned Murphy in the last game. I'd rather see Wilson athleticism put to work.

He needs doubling either way.

We absolutely have the talent to win this game. That is what I find exciting.

This is the proper attitude towards the Rams, the media, and everything in our way... including me as a fan doubting the Cards lol

I think they should show this package on every 3rd down on obvious passing downs. Just as long as they don't drop 8 back into coverage this time, it has great chance of being successful. I don't trust Stafford under pressure, much like a lot of us here don't trust Kyler under the same circumstances.

We have a talent disadvantage.
I think the talent is close, but since the Rams have the best player in the NFL not named Brady, I'll concede.
We have a coaching disadvantage.
This one is obvious.
We don't have home field advantage.
I mean we kinda do this year right?
But hey - I agree that we can win this game.
I think we can win too.

You know, to me it's pretty simple how the Cards can win: a collective, team wide, "remove head from ass" move would help enormously. I don't think it's any secret that as a team, this group (including the coaches) has been in a collective funk the past ten weeks. Get serious and get down to business and a win is very possible on Monday. LA is a good, yet not ovewhelmingly great team. They're comprised of a couple of superstars plus a bunch of other guys. That's it.

Just one playoff win would exorcise so many of this season's demons, and we could all look ourselves in the mirror and say that the franchise is moving in the right direction.
I already think that it is. Although I am not sure I can see them surpassing 11 wins next year.

Without a doubt. You’d still see plenty of detractors if we lose or get killed in the 2nd round, but I’d consider 11-6 and a playoff road win a success that deserves more time to see how sustainable it can be moving forward.

I tend to agree... but this is a better team than one playoff win

If they show up
