I have no idea how this ended up on the Science Channel but holy cow is it hilarious. If you listen to the Ricky Gervais show then you will know who Karl Pilkington. Karl sees the world differently than just about any person on earth and will always say something that strikes him as odd even if it seems normal to us.

The idea of this show is to send Karl to the 7 wonders of the world and see his reactions. So far only the preview show and the first episode (Karl's trip to the Great Wall of China, or as he calls it the Alright Wall of China) have aired in the US and it is well worth your time to find this show and watch it.

Was that a massage or was I just being mugged. It is entertaining, I've only watched the first episode though.

Very funny show. I thought it was a goof, but the guy really is that dumb.

There was a BBC documentary on Pilkington last fall in which he took an IQ test. It was 83. He really is that dumb, but in a British Forest Gump kind of way.

Vegas, baby, yeah!
I can only take about 10 minutes of Karl at any given time. Funny show, though.

I've only started watching this on Netflix recently. OMG ... it is hilarious! And now, I'm knackered. :)

My daughter was totally captivated with the program. Karl is an acquired taste though. We used to joke around about the correct pronunciation of his name.

I never could say "Karl" with the right accent. :D

We miss the show as it is not on the same channel anymore. Thanks for letting me know where the show is playing.

His interactions with Rick and Stephen are my favorite part of the show. You can't help but love Karl.
