Whatever... you and I will disagree... As for the "noise" and the "he said" crap - it's tiring.. but that's just me. Now, when you start juvenile games like faking injuries, that's beyond noise.. I'm so embarassed for Q...

Again, you insist on taking the "faking injury" rumour as fact. It simply isn't until evidence to the contrary. Players tweaking their hamstring is common. Don't be embarrassed for Q, there is on the facts, nothing of which to be ashamed.

For our Canadian Attorney here... Please apply some common sense to this situation. Do you really believe he hurt his hammy.... I didn't ask you to pull the "no evidence proving such" statement... just tell us if you honestly think that he and DD have hurt hammies.

I honestly don't know... nor do you. Common sense, which is hardly common, should tell you that short of fact one shouldn't jump to conclusions.

I'm looking forward to your future posts, applying your well stated 'don't jump to conclusions' stance. I'd certainly expect that you will not share any opinions on plays until you've had a team of scientists evaluate every frame of the video replay. Even at which point, you will preface all assertions with a disclaimer acknowledging any possible errors or ommissions.

I on the other hand will be applying common sense and sharing opinions... and most certinaly not letting a man-crush on a player cloud my judgement (for the record, I'm not asserting that you have a man crush on Q as common sense would dictate)

Perhaps. But isn't it a little strange that the "hammy" brothers are both Rosenhaus clients w/ an axe to grind about their contracts. I also find it interesting that Whis. seems to be willing to jump to conclusions. I think he may have a better feel than we do about this.

Whis has been around the leauge for decades and knows shenanigans when he sees it...

Boldin and Dockett are acting like children...the have each been screaming for new contracts ONE year after they had singed their new deals...

I have zero sympathy for them--especially Dockett...

Well, Newby... not jumping to conclusions has been my approach since joining this board and will continue to be. I will look forward to your application of the not so common... commonsense. If your convoluted second paragraph is an example it should prove entertaining. ;)

Coincidence is not a substitute for fact.

Whiz, and anyone else for that matter, can have their suspicions.

For the record, I do too.

But I do not have enough solid info to assert categorically that they've faked an injury, and I doubt very much that Whiz will cross that line, either.

Pulling out both the tenure and grammatical slam responses... that really added to the discussion.

I can only imagine how 'insightful' your previous 4000+ posts were if they're filled with your legal rhetoric.

Anyhow, this is getting old.

No offense intended in the thread, just trying to point out that our lives are filled with inconclusive evidence. We just must make the most intelligent choices with the information we have. (This is why most lawyers are awful business men. In business, you're never afforded the luxury of "all" of the information). :D

Now let's go debate the 100 new Quan posts...

I'm not happy with the situation but I'm not upset with Q. I'm sure there aren't many on this board who willingly work for less than they're worth.

Not so willing, but absolutely must. Today's reality.

But I don't blame people for going for the kill. Just handle the consequences of it professionally the best you can if it doesn't pan out the way you want.

I have a law degree and part of our practice is bailing businessmen out of stupid, precipitous decisions. Business, particularly in a recession, is fine... ;)
