I'm in the market for a new camcorder and it's been six years since I last shopped for one, so much has changed. I would like to be able to save video on my computer and email it to family, but other than that I don't need any fancy options. We basically only use it to record video of our kids.
If anyone has any advice on what to look for or what to avoid it would be much appreciated. I'm hoping not to spend more the $500, but I definately want to transfer video to my computer and I think a digital camcorder is required for this.
