What a twisted flick. Its filed under Horror, but contains more quirky black humor in the first 2/3 of the film before the horror kicks in.

I dont know. I thought it was excellent, and I dont know why. The character protrayal by Angela Bettis was excellent, and the twists in the plot made it very entertaining. Jeremy SIsto and Anna Faris (YUM!) turn in great roles as well. I liked it so much, I immediately wactched it again, with the directors commentary on. And then I liked it more.

From the Netflix sleeve:

"Nobody knows what to make of May. Born with a lazy eye, for which she wore a patch while growing up, she became a loner oddball whose only friend was a perfectly kept doll. SHe moves to L.A> take sup with an aspiring filmmaker, but the relationship sours quickly - and dangerously. SHe then befriends an alluring lesbian colleague, but that too along with every connection May attempts to make, turns deadly"

Its an indie, its greusome and a lot of fun. Check it out!

Loved it so much I bought it. Definitely not for everyone but it really intrigued me. The first time I saw it I thought it was kind of slow, but after contemplating it I realized it was really just a methodical slow burn of a character study. Angela Bettis deserves to be acclaimed for her performance here. The best female performance I saw this year outside of Lilya 4-Ever.

And the film contains one of my favorite lines of dialogue ever; "Man, it's still hot in here. Got any ice I could rub on my nipples?"

Recently watched it. What a sick, twisted, brutally disgusting movie, I loved it!

It was nice to see Anna Faris actually do some acting.

This was so much better than a standard horror flick. The little bits of dark humor make all the difference. A few of those scenes were extremely unforgettable.
