...or have knowledge of tailgating and Cards fans sections? I will be going with my son and my brother. My brother works for the Bears and can get tickets easily but wants to know a good section for Cards fans. We have sat in all of the areas that they designate but the people are usually Bears fans and stuffy. I want some crazy cards fans this year!!!!

I really think it's the luck of the draw. I would say to avoid the lower level on the "visitor's" side.

We're going. I ended up biting the bullet and buying tickets on vivid seats. It was a decent deal compared to what I have seen but still pretty expensive.

Of course, within a week of buying the tix, my scout friend tells me he can get me free tickets to Chicago game. He said they'd probably not be very good seats though. I told him I wanted them anyway. If I get them, I can pass them on to somebody.

Will definitely hook up.

I'd love to go with a group of Big Red fans! Can you really get tickets together?

Buy an ORANGE parking pass in advance for tailgating. That's the best area...you tailgate on the main lawn with everyone else....not in a parking lot.

I was just checking NFL Ticket Exchange for tickets, lowest price is $156 and I might as well be watching the game from a blimp! What a rip off!

By contrast the St Louis game I can get lower level on the 40 behind Cards bench for $130 each.

In the past when we go to St Louis we buy tickets for about 20/30 bucks. We wait until the game is about to start and then move down to the lower level. There are always clumps of open seats beause they never sell out.

That could change if they improve. Sad to say it probably won't be to different. It sounds like the Rams are a lame duck franchise headed to L.A.

Yep, I bit the bullet and overpaid for tix to this game. Out of all the places I have went to see the Cards play, the Bears have, by far, the most expensive seating. I haven't been to NY or NE but I'm sure they're very similar.

Chicago is the most expensive by far, and I have been to NY and New England. We went to Chicago several years ago and the only game I have paid more to see was the Super Bowl. :D

I would never have guessed Chicago would be so high. Looks like I will be paying close to $300 a seat to get a decent seat...that really sucks. Like you the only game I have ever paid more a ticket for was the Super Bowl.

I know, but that day was priceless...Just watching Abomb and Dogg trying to catch a ball at the NFL experience was worth half the money I paid...:D

Well there goes that...I am going to be in Boston when the Cardinals play the Bears. Figures. I move to Chicago and will miss the D-Backs this coming labor day weekend (I will be in Minnesota with family) and the Cardinals (work).

So now I am looking at Cleveland, St Louis and Detroit...and if I go to any of them I will likely take Amtrak.

You can fly round trip from Chicago to Pittsburgh for $68 on spirit airlines. We are leaving on Friday coming back on Monday, and see the Steelers game with us. Can't drive there that cheap.
