Anyone Know Anything Bout Cell Phones?

I dropped my phone yesterday and my earpiece came out.. Now when I go to call using my earpiece it says "no voice tag"..

I found Voice Tags on my phone but it just says empty.. I cant do anything like add any..

WTF?

Dont know what was going on, but it works now.. I just went crazy and pushed a whole bunch of buttons lol..
