I didnt have any clue as to if he was anygood or not. But I really like the way he manages the game.

I like his subs. I like his out of bounds plays.

And I like how the team is taking the ball to the hole more.

Sofar I am very happy with him as HC...

Overall I like the direction the team is going. At times it seemed like FJ''s whole plan was to keep yelling "play harder".

The long range development of the team remains more unsettled. The Suns still don't play very good defense, they still don't rebound well enough, and they forget their offensive sets whenever they play a good defensive team. But these are things that take time.

The most important thing is the Mike D'A seems to have the players attention. That is the first step.

With Marion, Amare, White, and now Harvey. We should be a solid rebounding team...

When we have them all available that is.

I'm not so sure. The Suns do not block out well. They all jump for the ball rather than focus on keeping their guy away from the basket. Some of this is due to continued double teaming the low post, but some of it is just poor fundimentals.
