I love this site for work. You pick some bands and it plays music based on that, but as you go you can give somgs thumbs up or thumbs down and it really defines a great playlist. It is also free, although you can only skip so many songs a hour unless you pay for the service. I have 3 stations and jump around quite a bit.

party shuffle my iTunes. But I work from my home computer, so Pandora isnt as much as a necessity.

I've been using this in my office. Truly awesome!!!!! I like typing in obscure bands like Morphine and seeing what plays. Always on the lookout for new music.

Pandora's pretty good, though I do tend to get the same songs pretty often. If you like Pandora, check out Last.fm as well. You can build a library of artists you like and listen to a station based off of those artists. You can then pick favorite songs (as well as those you never want to hear again).
