PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Despite restructuring Michael Vick's contract and signing Dennis Dixon, the Philadelphia Eagles aren't shopping quarterback Nick Foles and would want a first- or second-round pick to even consider it, a person familiar with the team's plans told The Associated Press on Friday.
