A person with knowledge of the situation tells The Associated Press that Oklahoma City center Enes Kanter has signed a four-year, $70 million max offer sheet from the Portland Trail Blazers. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the Trail Blazers did not announce the terms of the offer. The Thunder now have three days to decide if they will match the offer and retain Kanter, or let him go to Portland.
