A person familiar with the situation says Philadelphia Eagles quarterbacks coach Bill Lazor has been hired as offensive coordinator of the Miami Dolphins. Lazor joined the Eagles a year ago when Chip Kelly was hired as head coach. Lazor was instrumental in the development of second-year quarterback Nick Foles, who led the NFL in passing this season.
