A person close to the negotiations says versatile outfielder Gerardo Parra has agreed to a three-year, $27.5 million deal with the Colorado Rockies. The person says Colorado holds a club option for a fourth year at $12 million, but can buy out Parra for $1.5 million. On his Instagram page, Parra said he was ''super excited to join the Rockies!'' The left-handed hitter joins a crowded outfield that includes Carlos Gonzalez, Corey Dickerson and Charlie Blackmon.
