A person familiar with the visit says free agent quarterback Josh McCown is meeting for a second day with the QB-deficient Browns. The person spoke on condition of anonymity Wednesday because the team is not revealing plans during its quarterback search. McCown was released last week by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have the No. 1 overall pick in this year's NFL draft. The Browns have made finding a starting a quarterback a priority this offseason.
