Running backs have proved elusive this offseason for the Miami Dolphins, who are now pursuing free agent Arian Foster. A person familiar with the situation said Foster has agreed to meet Tuesday with the Dolphins, who have had trouble finding a replacement for Lamar Miller. The person confirmed the visit to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Monday because the Dolphins have not commented on the upcoming meeting.
