Arians has horrible coaching personal at key positions

It is not our old coaches (removed from Amos) which suck, it is our young coaches who are not qualified, which is Bettcher. Bettcher is not qualified to coach in college in my opinion and would be the traveling high school coach

The Cards defense has been pretty good the last 2-3 years. Was that the players making Bettcher look good or Bettcher calling a good game? Probably both.

It was one of the top DEs, a top 10 Safety, & another Safety that had a career year leave for other team. Keim replaces them with hasbeens.

Bettcher is also horrible, too.

I say BS to the bad players aspect - go look at the roster from 2013, 2014 and 2015.

First two years, Bowles made those rosters competitive beyond their ability. Bettcher milked the 2015 roster on the back of an explosive offense until the playoffs when he started to show his weaknesses.

It has gotten worse last year and this year. Keim brings in players that the coaching staff wants... but you can't mask substandard coaching, which is what Bettcher and Jones have given us.

And when you have light weight guys, I think it serves better to loop them inside and send them up the gut actually on a blitz and shoot gaps instead of sending them on a 400 yard lap on the outside to get to the QB... we once knew how to hit the gap

everyone on this board that keeps bitching about Bethel owes the man an apolgy... he was nothing but special teams, got pushed into the endzone and had the presence of mind not to touch the ball (which would have caused a penalty), meanwhile, all the hot, db backfield gave up pass after pass.. you bitch about Bethel after this one and you just prove you are an IDIOT ... oh, wait, you just qualified to coach on this team, and once in, because Arians is such a moron, you are safe...
