Therefore, BA has to go, it's pretty simple, he surrounded himself with under-performing nincompoops... and he won't ditch any ? Ergo, he must go, the sooner the better, because he sure as hell is not going to make any mid-season or end-of-season adjustments, because he already told us he wouldn't... EVER.
Unless he has convinced Keim it is the players and not the coaches. If you listen to Arians quite often he passes all the blame on the players.
Listen to the front runner quote and it is almost all about the players and virtually nothing about the coaches.
