Gallon Martinez’s seawall Ginkel are all major-league pitchers with a lot of talent.

They have the stuff to be elite pitchers, but mentally they seem to be lacking at times

I don’t know if it’s coaching or what but to have multiple people on the staff that all seem to have the same mental block coming out of the gate is troubling
And yet, there's Nelson, Pfaadt, Puk... and at the plate, Perdomo, Grichuk, McCarthy, Newman, Suarez, Carroll and even Gurriel who was on pace for his best season yet as a pro. All talented. All who have gone through their respective down times and have battled back to achieve great success and in many instances, career-best performances.
Not sure how you square all of that Jon, other than you are intensely biased for reasons I will likely never understand.

lol that has to be frustrating. Runner on 3rd no out and zero runs scored in that inning

2-2 after 4.

Hopefully we saw the end of Roupp, or the Dbacks need to adjust, quickly.

Ryne, you were number 2. Merrill was number 1. Merrill lost it. Turned in his wings. Ryne, you are number 1. :thewave:
So... Merrill has gone 5 innings, striking out 5, no walks and giving up 2 runs on the whopping total of 63 pitches. But he's "lost it." You guys have cemented the fact that you really can't be taken seriously... :D
