I am a little irritated by the NFL network game. I don't have NFL in HD on DirecTV and I am concerned my picture quality is going to suck. In addition, I hope I don't have to listen to Sterling Sharpe try to be a color guy again.

Sterling Shape is 4000 times better than Theisman and Kornheiser.

I am sure it is in major markets. I just noticed that Cox added ESPN2 HD.

Sterling Sharpe, I can't help you with that. But as to the HD presentation, just turn to Channel 95, though according to this, the game will be on 93 (note that you do not need Sunday Ticket to get NFL Network games). No matter what, HD will be available on DirecTV.

Bryant Gumbel is the main announcer and Chris Collinsworth is the color guy on the NFL Network games. Don't worry about the picture...Cox doesn't have the channel in HD either and it looks fine to me.

late last week cox added ESPN2 to the HD lineup and removed iNHD2. iNHD1 usually carries alot of sports that arent on a cox HD channel and show them in HD. like tonight, clips vs. lakers is on nbaTv but iNHD1 is carrying it in HD. the other night the suns were on fsnaz but iNHD1 carried it also.

I looked yesterday and I do not see a 719.

I did have the ESPN2HD, but they took away the inHD2 channel which I probably liked more.

Yes! That is burned into my hard drive, I was about to go nuts!

Also during that game when he mispronounced Holiday's name while saying how he isn't very good. Then the other announcer corrected him and reminded him that he was the ND QB. The next thing out of his mouth was how he is just learning to be a WR and that he will be good.

I was laughing so hard because his attitude was a Mr. know-it-all but he didn't even know who the guy was!
