Arizona plans to hire former Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez to take over a program that has never played in the Rose Bowl, and has been mired in mediocrity for most of the past decade A person familiar with the decision told The Associated Press on Monday that Rodriguez's hiring was "pretty much" done.
