Arkansas State's Livingston charged with punching officer (Yahoo Sports)

An Arkansas State basketball player is charged with punching a police officer in the throat at a medical facility. Police say Anthony Livingston, 22, hit Jonesboro Officer Tyler Wilson on Thursday after Wilson threatened to shoot him with a stun gun because Livingston was being combative and resisting arrest. It wasn't clear why Livingston was at the medical facility.
