Can't see the game but I told you so. I've been saying all year they should have kept playing Riley and let Longshore get healthy. Riley comes in, 7-8 2 td's the game is now 21-14.

Riley made the brainfart of the year costing Cal the #1 ranking by running with that ball in the OSU loss, but he kid has a MUCH better arm than Longshore and they should have played him and let Nate heal.

24-21 now, Riley is 13-15 171 yards and 3 TD's. I love Tedford but I just
never did get why he kept throwing an obviously injured Longshore out there,
I can't see the game but Riley's arm was obvious in the Oregon State game and despite his late screwup he played quite well in that game.

I think Cal loses 2-3 less games if he just stuck with Riley and let Longshore heal.

42-30 now, Riley has 3 passing td's one running.

Following along on ESPN now and then can't see the game still stuck at work.

Riley is 16-19 for 269. Not a bad audition for next year, Longshore was 5-8 for 36 when he got pulled.

Riley has a gun, he'll make mistakes against a better defense but I sure hope he gets a fair shot next year. The problem next year is Cal definitely loses Hawkins and Jordan and probably loses Jackson too.
