As we come down to the end of the regular season there are a number of teams that have enjoyed an unprecedented level of success, or at least have found a winning formula after struggling for a number of years. With games remaining, there are opportunities to add to what has already been a memorable season. Here is an alphabetical look at seven teams that have provided many fine moments for their fans in 2018.
