Question: when do we do the draft for this league?

Probably at the same time like the first league.

The 2nd league isn't full yet and we will surely have some managers who will play both leagues simply to get the 2nd league up to 16 managers too.
It should be easier for them to do both drafts in the same time.

Drafting does take some time but you don't have to be at your computer all the time. Since there will be a lot of picks between most of your picks.
You can also set a small list of players that will automatically be drafted should your pick come up.
