Voted Marco, I'd be happy w/ Koponen even though he'd be a reach here, wait until 29 for him.

I voted for Marco as well, but I was thinking about Byars.

I'm taking Cook here, Koponen at 29, and hoping for Visser at 59. This is somewhat due to my new favorite article, and somewhat from scouting reports I've read. According to that article, Fazekas could be a major sleeper, but I don't like the sound of him.

Write-in: Traded, with the Atlanta pick, #29 and Kurt Thomas to the Charlotte Bobcats for a future, top 29 protected second round pick.

Nick Fazeckas, we need a young PF who can score and rebound, things he did real well in college.

Dudley will be a solid role player and could play some inside. He was my vote

Had to vote for Fazekas cause he is the biggest talent on the board but BYARS is very close second

I think it's almost guaranteed that if we have this pick, we will pick Bellinelli. I'd bet money on that.

I'd rather have Gabe Pruitt PG USC... but I am in process of finding/watching USA/Italy game, hopefully I can watch it before i call it a night and not be disappointed.

If those were the players available, I would have taken Cook over Belinelli, though I doubt the Suns would, since they didn't even work out Cook.

Well I found the tape and just need forward it a Lil but I'm watching USA/China (game right before) and Yi Jian-Lian looks like a really nice Prospect... but I don't plan on watching the game unless the Suns end up Drafting him but for the for minutes I've seen (they mentioned he hat 18 PTS and there was 10 minutes left in 4th) he moves pretty well and can obviously jump...

I'm definitely in the minority on this board when I say that if we got a lottery pick and Yi was there, I'd seriously consider him. He's a Pau Gasol-like talent, a tall rangy forward that can run the floor and cause considerable problems down low, even if he has average post defense skills.

They worked him out, but have not invited him back.

I read today that Aaron Brooks KILLED Kopponen in their workout yesterday. Apparently Kopponen just couldn't guard him at all and it wasn't even close.

That may not mean much. Brooks kills everybody off the dribble. Unfortunately he's very small and the rest of his game has not impressed.

First let ME say... the qualities I look for most in Draft Prospects:

Athleticism
Size
Defensive Ability
Stat Sheet Stuffers

Saying that, this Marco Prospect could be an offensive weapon on the Suns, a 6'5/6'6 Eddie House like weapon; not sure how he'll end up defensively but he impressed ME. Much better passer than House, as well... there would be a few concerns (maybe defensively; they mentioned he was like 7-27 in 3PTers entering game but he did make a whole bunch of 3PTers against USA; and size).

I'd add Marco to my Draftlist, and I now have him rated #18 on my Draftboard.
