We are now kicking off the 3rd round of voting! Remember, voting is based on who YOU want the Cardinals to pick, NOT who you think it would be.

This time around, I will be using a 5 +/- ranking system to limit the amount of overlapping players in each round. All selections are based off the following website: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings

Eligible Player Rankings Per Round
Round 3: 64 - 108
Round 4: 98 - 145
Round 5: 135 - 179
Round 6: 169 - 214
Round 7: 204 - End

If a player you would like to select is not available on the poll, you may post their name in this thread. The winner/most popular prospect will be added to the mock draft, and we will continue to the next rounds. Poll will be ending in 3 days.

VOTE NOW!

RD. 1 (07) – Chance Warmack OG, Alabama
RD. 2 (38) – Alex Okafor DE, Texas
RD. 3 (69) – ???
RD. 4 (103) – ???
RD. 5 (140) – ???
RD. 6 (174) – ???
RD. 7 (209) - ???

I voted Schwenke as I feel upgrading the interior line is our paramount need..... but Montee Ball or Stepfan Taylor would also be good choices in this spot based on the available players.

I chose Montee Ball. The Cardinals need a productive durable RB.

I would love if this was the way out draft played out with the first two picks. 3rd round I'm going safety and there's a few I'd be happy with Rambo, Swearinger, love the way Shamarko Thomas plays with with just reckless abandon just looking to take someone out I love his story reminds me of Troy Polamalu a bit. I'd be happy with any of these guys.

However I went with Tyrann Mathieu from LSU. Yes he's small but he's the same height as bob sanders who was the nfl DPOY a few years ago. Small but with freak talent and a chip on his shoulder. He'd be coming to AZ with Patrick Peterson we all know that side story. I've just never seen a player ball hawk like him and yes I would move him to safety and just let him roam free. You look on YouTube his highlights are freakish it's like everybody else is just in slow motion. His knack for the big play and his ability to create turnovers make him my pick in round 3.

Ball or Franklin. I like Franklin a bit more long term. Both real good values there.

No complaints if they took Schwenke either.

Soooo many good choices on that board. I love Montee ball but I'm holding out hope that Ryan Williams stays healthy and turns into what I think he can be. Also love schwenke but I think quisenberry could be had in rd 4 and we might look at moving Adam Snyder to center. Larry Warford is a stud but with warmack in rd1 I think that's overkill to take another G. That made my decision between the FS Rambo and P Thomas I flipped a coin and went Rambo

Id be thrilled with Schwenke or PHillip Thomas.

Need a safety, Shamarko Thomas is a Bob Sanders clone. A tremendous hitter.

Meaning he'll play 6 game in 4 years? lol, j/k. I know what you mean.

But do you want a hard hitting safety in this NFL anymore? No, you dont. Having a Bob Sanders nowadays will get you 15 yards.

The future of the Safety position given this softy, protect WRs, league, are ball hawks. Guys who can cover.

There isnt a better ball hawk in this draft than Phil Thomas. Ed Reed like, some say. His instincts are unreal. No, hes not a big hitter, but you may see that as a good thing. He wont ever be the one to cost you 15 yards.

This was a tough one. As much as I wanted to vote for Schwenke looking at a huge dominant nose tackle like John Jenkins was to much. Having Jenkins to platoon with big Dan to help our run defense looks like the better pick.

Schwenke as BPA. I was tempted to pick Quessenberry (who is also projected to play some center).

In the deepest safety draft in years why do people want to draft 2 offensive lineman in the first 3 rounds. Given the improvement of Massive and Potter through out the season, Levi coming back getting Warmack in round 1. Why would you take a lineman when you have other needs namely safety

I basically agree with you but many say this draft is also very deep in Olineman and until the release of Adub and Rhodes the Oline was the weakest unit on the team.

I do agree that if we take an Olineman in rd1 then taking another before the
3rd day is probably overkill.

I think with the glut of Safeties still available in FA that if the BPA (even with need factored in) in each rd is not a safety then I'd be okay with not drafting one this year. Highly doubt that happens.

I voted for P Thomas :D

If John Jenkins is there, he's by far BPA. Arians said he want 2 DL also. Schwneke can be had in round 4 and Markus Wheaton is a possible option. At this point QB has to be an option to, especially of Glennon is still around. I went with Glennon. In round 3, I don't think you can pass on him.

Travis kelce TE Cincinnati,

if he isn't gone in the 2nd round.

Really good spot to take Marcus Lattimore RB South Carolina.

You sure about that? The democratic poll says no, and we want him and Warmack ahead of whatever might be there in the 4th. ;)

Jenkins would be great value there though.

This is one of the reasons, if we can get a trade back in the 1st and wind up with another 3rd, it won't be a bad thing. Much talent here in the 3rd. Will be some decent talent right into the 4-5th too. Depending what your searching for. Some good S's , RB's and WR's.
