Astros send Lucas Harrell to Diamondbacks

The Astros announced Monday that pitcher Lucas Harrell has been traded to the Diamondbacks for a player to be named later or cash considerations.
Harrell is expected to report to Triple-A Reno, but he could eventually serve as a fill-in starting option for the Diamondbacks. He made three starts with the Astros this season, going 0-3 with a 9.49 ERA and 9:9 K:BB ratio in 12 1/3 innings.

I'm shocked that they got this guy without giving up a proven position player, 2 or 3 high level prospects, draft picks and cash!

The D'Backs absolutely fleeced Houston on this one!

It could be something they believe can be worked out in his mechanics maybe.
