PAC 10 opens up...games get tougher from here. Still though, I think ASU should cover this. As long as they come out fired up like they were against Iowa (and judging from the BB material given to them by and OSU defender) they will win by 10+.

Should be another good game...gimmee 5-0 for USC!!!

I think ASU will beat them by at least 2 TDs. The lobo D was on the field for 90+ plays and osu only managed to score 17 points.

I think ASU can spread the field better against the OSU D.

Before Koetter finally turned the corner as a Head Coach, I would have said the Beavers would win. But now as he appears to finally get it, I think ASU wins but not with the ease everyone seems to think it's going to be. ASU needs to be patient and run the ball and not get sucked in by Browner's taunting. Because if they throw at him to prove a point, he's going to make them regret it like he did last year.

If ASU is patient, runs the ball, and waits for Derek Anderson to throw his usual road interceptions and their kicker to miss his usual field goals, they'll be able to pick on Browner in the fourth quarter with a solid lead. But throwing at the best CB in the conference early because he ran his mouth could be disastrous.

CB - The worst thing going for the ASU program right now is people looking ahead to an undefeated matchup against 'SC in a few weeks. Hopefully, the coaching staff and players are not as forward thinking as the fans and media are because OSU on Saturday and the Ducks on the road are not gimmes.

Why is this game only being shown in FSN in AZ and Oregon, while the U of A and Washington State was on ABC (with Keith Jackson no less)?

This kind of talk makes me nervous. OSU and Oregon are a step up from that mess Iowa displayed last week.

Woo hoo!

Fortunate turn of events for the Sun Devils.

Now they are pumped, emotion and momentum is so important in College football.

When this game started, ASU looked very flat to me but as the game progressed and ASU began making plays, there appeared, first a bounce in the their step and then an attitude approaching what they showed against Iowa. They are playing very good football compared to early on.

When ASU hired Mark Carrier, I wasn;t sold on him (although I loved the way he played) but he really has those DB's prepared to play it appears.

What?
I agree with Cubbie, This team seemed primed for a let down in the beginning.

They picked it up though and with some breaks made it happen.

I doubt they get any ranking gains though.

The thing I like best about this team is the way they hit!

They just wore down the Beavers in the second half. Every reciever on their team was hearing footsteps.

The score may have only been 27-14 but physically ASU totally kicked their A$$.

I wonder how the Beavers feel about that idiot player that mouthed off in the paper earlier this week about how ASU was weak and a bunch of quiters... :D

Laid $500.00 on ASU at 7.5. My friends did likewise.

We were in Vegas, and thought we'd have a better time watching the game on the tube than sitting at the BJ tables and getting our butts handed to us.

Let's just say that we almost had a heart attack on the fumbled onsides kick. And, Anderson was finding guys open at will on the last two drives. Don't know how the pros have the heart to take games like that on a weekly basis.

Turned out to be a great night (thank you Jaguars, fine establishment).
