ASU is getting screwed in the rankings!

Ranked 22 in the ESPN/USA poll! We hardly moved up at all even though Oregon hasn't lost a game at home in 7 years! Teams like West Viginia who lost to unranked Virgina Tech, Tennessee who got crushed by Auburn, Ohio Stat who got beat by a team who we beat in their house (ranked all the way up at 15), and Michigan who got beat by a Notre Dame team that hasn't looked very good at all at 14.. Not to mention other teams that haven't proven themselves near as much as we have! Why no respect?!

I don't know if we can beat USC or Cal but even if we didn't I was hoping for a possible BCS game... It won't happen if we don't beat one of them it looks like because we're getting no love from the polls.. Haven't seen the BCS one though but I know the coaches poll is a big part of it...

Well if everything goes the way the polls have teams ranked we should be around 16th or so after the bye week, possibly higher if there are more upsets... We have to stay in the top 16 if we want to go to a good BCS bowl, that probably means beating USC or CAL...

I think we're going to have a hard time with those teams.... Walter doesnt' look good when he has pressure on him and I think those two teams will be able to bring it... When Oregon stopped being able to bring pressure is when we started to pull away. In the first half Walter looked bad. Don't think that USC or CAL won't notice that. If I were them I would blitz the hell out of Walter.... Hopefully USC and Cal wear each other out for the following week... so USC is easier... Too bad we have to play both of them at their places I think we would have had a much better chance if they were to play in our house....
